Iranian Navy Commander Amir Hatami has wa ed of a befitting response to the attack on the IRIS DENA, an Iranian warship, in the Indian Ocean.

He further stated that the attack was carried out while it was retu ing to Iran after completing a mission.

He also stated that he strongly condemns this attack on his sailors, even though they were not engaged in direct combat.

He further stated that the name of the IRIS DENA and the sacrifice of its crew are a symbol of courage and dedication in the history of the Iranian Navy.
